Aspen Crossing - Train Days

Mossleigh Alberta - Train Days is an event for the Family.

Every Father's Day weekend we are host to garden train displays, a pancake breakfast, petting zoo, a children's train ride, wagon rides, and old country & western entertainment.

We also have a Father's Day Brunch Buffet in our 1887 Pullman Dining Car.

This provides an opportunity for people to experience the history of the railway for themselves.

On site there is a beautifully restored Pullman Dining Car which was once John. G. Diefenbaker's private business car.

During his 1962 election, he used the Dining Car to campaign across western Canada.

There is a picture of him in the Dining Car in High River in 1962.

We also collect a lot of artifacts about Diefenbaker.
