McAdam Pensioners Built No. 29 Replica


 

 
Bicentennial Project:  As a part of the celebrations surrounding New Brunswick's 200th anniversary, residents from McAdam, New Brunswick, built a two-thirds size replica of former CPR steam locomotive Number 29. The original is pictured on top, above. Standing on the replica are (from left) Ed Garrett, Jim McCraken, Austin Herron, Alfred Page, Cameron Nason, and John Smith. Standing beside the new No. 29 are (from left) John Sangster, Arlie Wilson, Gerry Bucci, and Gerry Chase.
