Foundation and CPR
CPR and the Island Corridor
Foundation are close to a deal for transfer of CPR property over too them for a tax receipt.
This would include all CPR property along the E&N Railway, including the Victoria E&N
Roundhouse that is used to service VIA Rail Buddcars by Herzog. Hopefully a Rail Museum will be
formed successfully later at the Roundhouse.
Railamerica seems to be doing the same now, with talks with the ICF.
The deal has not been disclosed, but it is up there, if approved by the federal government.
