Man Collecting Leaves Killed by Train

Toronto - A Toronto man died after he was hit by a train while collecting wild grape leaves along a CP Rail track behind houses on Nesbitt Drive near Bayview Avenue.
 
Police say 61-year-old Konstantinos Panagakos was with his brother and a friend around noon yesterday when they heard a train approaching. Police said it appeared he was standing too close to the rails. He was rushed to hospital but later died.
