12 December 2005 Canadian Pacific Railway Limited Declares Dividend Calgary - The Board of Directors of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited today declared a quarterly dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) Canadian per share on the outstanding Common Shares. The dividend is payable on 30 Jan 2006, to holders of record at the close of business on 30 Dec 2005.
