Name Released in Fatal Accident
Thunder Bay Ontario - The investigation continues into a
fatal train-pedestrian accident in Nipigon Tuesday afternoon.
Ontario Provincial Police were called around 2 p.m. after the eastbound train struck a man at a crossing in the community's downtown
area. The 36-year-old victim was transported to hospital, where he died from his injuries. He's been identified as Arthur
Bruce Warner of Nipigon. CP Rail Police are assisting the OPP with the investigation.
