13 December 2006 More Wishes than Funds Salmon Arm British Columbia - Faced with a larger than normal tax increase, Salmon Arm City Council didn't grant too many of the specific requests individuals and groups made for tax dollars.   Receiving budget approval was:   Michelle Papworth for park benches on either side of the Marine Drive railway tracks to be cost shared with Canadian Pacific Railway. Requested:  $1,700. Approved:  $1,700.
