Canadian Pacific Railway Books
Three coffee table books about the Canadian Pacific Railway
have recently been published by Kevin J. Holland. If you're a fan of CPR Colonial Red, Deluxe Gold, and grey
paint you'll find that here.
Comprised entirely of colour images the books contain previously unpublished photos plus only a few you may have
seen before.
The glory days of oil and coal-fired steam locomotives are included in volumes 1 and 2 which mostly
cover Quebec and Ontario with only a few western photos.
Volume 1, Facilities, contains some typical support structures that are unique to the Canadian Pacific Railway.
