24 June 2007 Woman Hit by Train in Maple Ridge Maple Ridge British Columbia - A Mission woman trying to take pictures of a CP Rail train, has ended up in hospital.   The 21-year-old was so close that she ended up getting hit in the head by the train, and has serious injuries.   It happened on River Road in Maple Ridge near the Westcoast Express train station.   RCMP are reminding people that the property in and around the train tracks is private property, and it's dangerous to get too close to trains.
