17 November 2007 TCRC Reject Settlement on CP Rail TCRC Conductors and Engineers have narrowly rejected the the 1 Sep 2007 Memorandum of Understanding with Canadian Pacific Railway.   There have been no official statements from the General Committees as to the next phase of negotiations.   We invite you to discuss your ideas as to why the MOS was rejected, and what direction the Committee should take in the next round.
