3 August 2008 Man Hit by Train Loses Part of Foot Sudbury Ontario - A man lost part of his foot after he was struck by a train at Elm Street and Frood Road about 3:30 p.m. Saturday.   In light of the accident, Greater Sudbury Policed are reminding pedestrians to to stay away from trains at crossings and to stay off railway property altogether.   Anyone caught breaking the law could be fined $10,000 under the Railway Safety Act.
