Disrupt CP's Olympic "Spirit Train"

Editor's Note:  A search for the owner of the web site, No2010.com, hosted by 10dollar.ca which advertizes "Free Cloaking", indicated it was owned by a one Doug MacKenzie, 416 Prior Vancuver BC V8V 3Y3 (note spelling). The name is obviously an alias.

This individual is NOT the same person that contributes to Cordova Bay Station.

Cordova Bay Station does NOT condone or support any actions suggested by this web site which appears to incite civil disobedience, or worse. Their web site publications may be illegal under Canadian Law. It is reported here to make readers aware of possible actions.

On 21 Sep 2008, Canadian Pacific railways and VANOC (Vancouver Organizing Committee for 2010) will be launching a "Spirit Train" to promote the 2010 Winter Olympics. The train will stop at cities across Canada, where concerts and other events will occur.

The 21 Sep 2008 launch of the train will begin in Port Moody, BC (a suburb of Vancouver). The route, times and locations dates are listed below.

Canadian Pacific, along with Canadian National (CN), are Canada's main railway companies and have played important roles in the colonization of Canada as well as ongoing resource exploitation.

Anti-Olympics groups, including No2010.com and the Olympic Resistance Network, are calling for protests and actions to disrupt the "Spirit Train".

(The Canadian Pacific "Spirit Train" schedule which followed the text above has been omitted for brevity.)
