CP 2010 Spirit Train
Port Moody British Columbia - Today was the beginning of
the CPR 2010 Spirit train cross country tour.
Start time at the Port Moody WCE station was 14:00 with the event wrapping up with artist Colin James at around 18:30.
The train was parked at the west end of the station with the headend facing west just back of an overpass overlooking the station.
A medium sized turnout showed, along with Provincial and Federal Politicans as well.
Also making some noise were a small group of anti-2010 protestors who made their mark by throwing a small blotch of black
paint onto a police car.
There were also some booths at the event, including one advertising GEs new Evelution series, and the chance to enter a draw for an HO
scale Hybrid GEVO.
