15 October 2008 Derailment Barrie Ontario - A Canadian Pacific Railway freight train derailed in Severn Township early yesterday morning.   Police said the incident happened at about 4:15 a.m. on the Buckhorn Road crossing on Upper Big Chute Road. Upper Big Chute Road will be closed until Thursday.   Eight unloaded flat bed cars came off the track. The cause was not known at press time.   There were no injuries, or hazardous materials involved in the derailment.
