20 December 2008 Semi-Train Collision Closes Regina's Ring Road Regina Saskatchewan - Regina police say road conditions were to blame for an accident involving a semi and train that shut down the Ring Road for part of Friday evening.   Police say the truck slid onto the railway tracks between McDonald and Winnipeg Streets and was hit by the train.   The driver was not hurt.
