Railway Bridge Repairs Contracted Out

The Canadian Pacific Railway bridge on Tunnel Island.

Kenora Ontario - The Canadian Pacific Railway bridge on Tunnel Island is due for repairs but a company spokesman guaranteed there would be no interference with the protected territory shared between Kenora and Treaty Three.
 
Kevin Hrysak confirmed Thunder Bay's Bruno's Contracting has been granted the contract to renew the steel floor stringers on the bridge.
 
Construction is expected to begin on 21 Nov 2010 and is expected to be complete by 17 Dec 2010.
