MP at Last Spike Ceremony

Craigellachie British Columbia - Peterborough MP Dean Del Mastro will represent the federal government at the 125th anniversary of the driving of the Last Spike of the country's first trans-continental railway in Craigellachie, B.C. on Sunday, Del Mastro's office announced Friday.
 
Canadian Heritage Minister James Moore has agreed to declare the 7th of November as National Railway Day, Del Mastro's office states in a release.
