Canadian Pacific's web site has been re-designed.

10 June 2011

CP's New Website

Canadian Pacific Railway's Service Bulletins Calgary Alberta - Over this weekend, CP will be introducing our new website. During the transition, www.cpr.ca will be unavailable for a period between 10:00 and 16:00 on Saturday, 11 Jun 2011. You will be able to access our internet tools by going directly to http://www.mycpr.ca/.

We will notify you when the transition is complete. For up-to-date information on specific impacts to your shipments or other problem resolution inquiries, please contact your Customer Service Account Representative at 1-888-333-8111, selecting Option 1, then Option 1 again to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN), then press the # sign. Using your PIN when you call bypasses the general queue and routes you directly to your assigned rep or to a backup in the event your rep is not available. If you do not have a PIN or have forgotten it, please send an email to your rep or CST2_cgy@cpr.ca and one will be sent to you for future use.

Ian MacKay - Vice-President, Customer Services & Intermodal Operations Canadian Pacific

Editor's Note:  Canadian Pacific's new web site has created over 200 bad links in OKthePK's web site. Where possible, these links will be fixed over the next few days. Please be patient while the repairs are made.
