Canadian Pacific Railway Limited Declares Dividend

Calgary Alberta - The Board of Directors of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited today declared a quarterly dividend of thirty cents ($0.30) per share on the outstanding Common Shares.
 
The dividend is payable on 31 Oct 2011, to holders of record at the close of business on 30 Sep 2011, and is an eligible dividend pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act.
