Your Chance to Enjoy a Rare Opportunity

Revelstoke British Columbia - The Revelstoke Railway Museum is pleased to announce a very special offer to enhance your enjoyment of the annual visit of Canadian Pacific's Holiday Train.
 
Thanks to the generosity of CP, two groups of 4 passenger tickets to ride the Holiday Train between Revelstoke and Sicamous on 14 Dec 2011, will be given to the two highest bidders in a fast and furious online bidding campaign to be launched on Thursday 1 Dec 2011.
 
The Holiday Train will be pulling into Revelstoke on Wednesday, 14 Dec 2011, at 14:45 Pacific Time (PT) and after entertaining the community, will be leaving for Sicamous at around 15:30 (PT).
 
Passengers will board at Revelstoke and ride to Sicamous and enjoy the show there where return transportation to Revelstoke will be available courtesy of CP.
 
This rare opportunity has been offered to the Revelstoke Railway Museum as a fundraiser for the organization and the highest bidders will be supporting the continued development and operation of the museum as it represents the history of the Canadian Pacific Railway and its development through the mountain ranges of BC.
 
Bidding will be from 09:00 to 17:00, (PT), on Thursday, 1 Dec 2011 to Saturday, 3 Dec 2011. At 17:00 (PT), on Saturday, 3 Dec 2011, the highest bidders will be declared.
 
Updates on bids will be available on the museum's website and facebook page, frequently throughout the three days.
 
If you wish to bid on this amazing opportunity, please forward your bid and your full contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email address) to the museum's email address:  railway@telus.net with "Holiday Train auction" in the subject line, during the times listed above only.
 
Bids that are forwarded beyond the established hours will not be eligible.
 
Bidding will begin at $0.
 
Full payment of final bid amount must occur before highest bid is confirmed.
 
Riders of all ages are welcome, a great outing for the whole family.
 
Passengers will be expected to dress appropriately for the weather.
 
Hot chocolate and cookies will be served on board and riders may bring other snacks if desired.
 
Additional information will be supplied by CP before boarding.
