The Blue Proxy Arrived Today

Vancouver Island British Columbia - The fancy BLUE proxy with the "CP Rising" logo from Pershing Square Capital Management arrived in the mail today.
 
In the time it took Pershing to get their proxy out, Canadian Pacific managed to mail their WHITE proxy, plus a second one, shortly after William Ackman brought one more of his followers to the fight.
 
Does this performance indicate anything, one wonders?
