Drunk Kamloops Man Killed by Train After Snooze on Track

Kamloops British Columbia - A Kamloops woman is OK but her husband has been killed after being hit by a train.
 
Kamloops RCMP say the 44-year-old man was heavily intoxicated and had passed out on the railway tracks when the train hit him.
 
CP Rail staff attempted an emergency stop, but it was too late.
 
Police say the victim's wife was nearby and was also intoxicated.
 
It's unclear whether she witnessed the accident or tried to get her husband out of the way.
