Canadian Pacific Railway Limited Declares Dividend

Calgary Alberta - The Board of Directors of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited today declared a quarterly dividend of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per share on the outstanding Common Shares.
 
The dividend is payable on 29 Oct 2012 to holders of record at the close of business on 28 Sep 2012, and is an eligible dividend pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act.
