Kamloops British Columbia - Yesterday saw a Rocky Mountaineer deadhead consist of 14 coaches plus a generator car moving to Denver, Colorado, USA.
 
RMRX 8014 with consist left the Rocky Mountain shop area in Kamloops around 08:00, then dropped the cars for a CP assigned unit by Lorne Street in Kamloops, which departed Eastbound around 11:30.
 
The train ran to Golden, then south crossing the border at Kingsgate, where it was handed-off to Union Pacific for the remainder of the trip.
 
Once Rocky Mountaineer's American operation commences the train will take guests from Denver to Moab, Utah, or back.
