Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Train

Canmore Alberta - A 54-year-old man is dead after he was struck by a train at Railway Avenue and Bow Valley Trail in Canmore on
3 Aug 2021 at approximately 00:30.
Canmore RCMP said they received a complaint and upon arrival they located a deceased male.
RCMP said they are working closely with CP and the Alberta Medical Examiners Office to determine the circumstances of this incident.
The identity of the male is not being released at this time.
Canmore RCMP said they are requesting anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or who may have information, to contact the Canmore Detachment at
403-678-5519.
