This is the Thompson River Canyon just north of Spences Bridge, British Columbia. Canadian Pacific Railway tracks are located on the left side of the river here with Canadian National to the right. Notice the CPR train on CN trackage in the foreground. The railways have a cooperative arrangement whereby they share tracks here. CN track is normally traversed westbound and CPR eastbound. The road to the right of the CN track is the Trans-Canada Highway - 2006 Wilco van Schoonhoven.
