On 7 Nov 1985, 100 years after driving the Last Spike, Canadian Pacific held a re-dedication ceremony at Craigellachie. Ex-CPR steam locomotive Pacific type number 1201, belonging to the National Museum of Science and Technology in Ottawa, headed a special train which was present at Craigellachie for the ceremony - 7 Nov 1985 Dan Koronko Revelstoke Railway Museum.
