This is Devil's Gate Station. Passengers may board at either this station or at Silver Plume. Our particular journey starts here. Diesel locomotive number 21 is on the opposite uphill end of the train for the trip. The journey starts by backing the train downgrade beneath the High Bridge, visible behind the guy with the top hat, so passengers can say they travelled the complete loop, under then over the High Bridge.
