This view from onboard the train as it crosses the High Bridge looks west up the Clear Creek Valley towards Silver Plume. The green roofed structure in line with the track is the Devil's Gate Station platform which lies at an elevation of 8,772 feet. The green roof of the ticket office and gift shop is just to the right amongst the trees with the parking lot still further to the right. The line cut into the hill above all this is Interstate Highway 70.
