The top photo shows Schöllenenbahn (SchB) HGe 2/2 number 1. There were four locomotives of this type built beginning in 1915. None exist today. In the next photo, date unknown, one of these locomotives is climbing through the Schöllenen Gorge near the 1830 Teufelsbrücke. The third photo shows an HGe 2/2 at the Andermatt station sometime in 1926. Finally, photo four has a Schöllenenbahn train crossing the current MGB bridge in the gorge sometime between 1958 when the new highway bridge was built and 1961 when the line was taken over by the Furka Oberalp.
