This next view shows the locomotive servicing area viewed from the Northbrook Road overbridge after Manston has been pulled up on the left. Coal is stockpiled on the far right behind the green water tank. Three locomotives, 6695, 80104, and 30053 rest on the turntable lead. 30053 is out of service today but the first two are being steamed-up for the day's service. 6695 will pull the daily service train while 80104 will make just one trip today with the Wessex Belle dining train. A public viewing area, the green grass, is just visible to the left but the view here from the overbridge shows it all.
