Back to the double-stacks...  the double track leaving Kingman to the northeast runs straight and true for nineteen miles until reaching a 90 degree curve to the southeast at Antares. The distant hills start to close in shortly after that turn as the broad valley fades away. This morning eastbound rounds the curve at Antares photographed from just outside the trespassing line, of course.
