In this 2005 photo the Llangollen Railway heritage DMUs depart Berwyn station heading for Llangollen. The greatest change between this photo and the previous one is the existence of the King Edward VII stone arch bridge now on the right. The stone wall is still there on the north side of the A5 highway, look for back of a modern highway sign, but notice the white farmhouse visible in the 1890 shot is now gone. Strangely enough, the lower portion of the white farmhouse is still present, but not visible in this photo. The farmhouse wall, from ground level to just above the lower doorway in height, is now a retaining wall protecting the south side of the A5.
