At the McLean Mill run-around siding fuel oil for Number 7 is contained in this tank car. The yellow coloured pump transfers fuel to Number 7 while the locomotive engineer watches the procedure. Tank car and locomotive are spotted over drip pans which catch any spilled oil. A spill kit is visible behind the engineer. Operations are a lot more considerate of the environment today than in the past.
