Ahoy Matey There be Pirates!

Port Alberni Vancouver Island British Columbia - Take the first annual Pirate Train to McLean Mill on Saturday, 27 Jul 2013 and help find a pirate's treasure.
 
While out at McLean Mill, there will be plenty of family-friendly activities.
 
Kids will also learn about the Legend of Cotti and the Hidden Gold.
 
A volunteer aboard Captain Alberni's ship, Cotti is rumoured to have stolen a cache of gold from a pirate ship and buried it at the mill.
 
What surprises are in store for Cotti?
 
Reserve a spot on the train by calling 250-723-1376 and find out.
 
Regular ticket prices apply for parents.
 
There are a limited number of free tickets available for children 12 years and under, courtesy of Port Alberni Rotary Club.
 
Kids and adults are encouraged to come out in pirate costumes for prizes.
