Brings the Crowds Flocking
Keighley Yorkshire England United Kingdom - Thousands flocked to see the locomotive Pitchford Hall, which had steamed up from Birmingham to take part in the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway's Enthusiasts' Weekend.
It joined five other engines ferrying people up and down the five-mile line between Keighley and Oxenhope on Saturday and Sunday.
A railway spokesman said: "Pitchford Hall proved very popular. Unlike the other engines which were black, this was green and was very impressive with its beautiful name plate and smart brass-work."
Enthusiasts' Weekends are held twice a year and attract several thousands of people each day.
