The Lake Tahoe Railway & Transportation Company (LTR&T) was a 16-mile, three foot narrow gauge railroad, that ran from a connection with the Central Pacific Railway at Truckee, California, to the waterfront at Lake Tahoe. Their coach number 4, named Tahoe, is shown here at the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden. It was rescued from a location in Mexico and recently refurbished.
