This is the Snoqualmie Falls depot which is the original station built about 1900. One would never know that judging by its excellent condition. The depot and adjoining carpenter shop, also circa 1900 construction, are now a museum depicting the construction and history of the two Falls hydro power plants. This little museum is well worth a visit, unfortunately, the train does not stop here. Perhaps in the future the railroad museum could arrange to stop trains here on a regular basis. It would be an additional tourist draw for the railroad and both museums.
