This photo is shot from the Grindelwald hill looking across at the Schwarze Lütschine brücke with a corner of the shops visble on the left. One of the older class BDhe4/4 triebwagens and trailer climbs out of Grund towards Kleine Scheidegg. Notice the tiny posts and wire lining the roadway. This is an electric fence to contol the cattle which keep the grass so neatly mowed around Grindelwald. Pasture land is not wasted in Switzerland.
