Paranoid Passenger Operations

The following letter was sent to me yesterday when I inquired about the diesel hauled Royal Canadian Pacific southern Ontario tour from 3-7 Jun 2004.
 
Geez, with this kind of paranoia, they might as well stop publishing VIA and GO schedules as well!
