Man Hit by Train
Charged
Kamloops - A man
was charged yesterday in connection with a train incident that put him in hospital and left his son
in a coma. David James Way, 49, is charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
He appeared in provincial court via video link from the Kamloops Regional Correctional Centre.

Police responded to a call from crew members aboard a CP Rail train.
They reported two injured people near the train tracks, 8 km east of Sicamous, B.C.
One of the victims was found inside a sleeping bag; the other covered by blankets.
The boy was taken to hospital with extensive head injuries. He has not regained consciousness.
