28 July 2009 Last Two Floodway Bridges' Contracts Awarded Winnipeg Manitoba - Two contracts totalling more than $25 million were awarded yesterday for construction of the last two highway bridges being replaced for the Red River Floodway expansion project.   Work on the CP Keewatin Railway Bridge and the CP Emerson Railway Bridge is nearing completion.
