CP Rail Worker Injured

Ingersoll Ontario - A Canadian Pacific Railway
worker was rushed to hospital after a train apparently ran over his foot during an incident that occurred Wednesday morning.
Canadian Pacific Railway is not releasing the name of the worker who suffered the injury to his foot on the tracks directly behind St.
Paul's Presbyterian Church.
Michel Spenard, a spokesperson for CP, said the injury is being investigated by the worker's management team in order to determine
cause.
Local construction workers who witnessed the event noted a CP worker kneeling down on the track, directly before the ambulance
arrived.
The ambulance left the scene at approximately 10 a.m.
OPP were also on scene assisting the federal Ministry of Labour and Canadian Pacific police with their
investigation.
