A train loaded with military vehicles at Redmire will pull over 32 military vehicles weighing more than 250 tonnes, including 6 Scimitars, 10 Spartans, various Jackal, Husky, and Panthers, for Exercise Tractable. Over 800 military vehicles and 2,000 troops are involved for two weeks in the south of England. It is being conducted by 3 UK Division, a Lead Armoured Task Force (LATF), to test the Reaction Force (RF) concept of the Army 2020 model. It is the first main event for 12 Armoured Infantry Brigade, based at Bulford, in their readiness year.
