The caterers prepare a Wensleydale Railway carriage for an afternoon tea service which travels from Leeming Bar to Redmire return. Sandwiches including ham and whole grain mustard on whole meal, cheddar with a carrot and ginger relish on seeded bread, egg mayo and cress on whole grain, and cucumber on white, dinky smoked salmon, samphire tartlets, fruit scones, clotted cream and jam, gateaux, meringue nests, profiterolles, strawberries dipped in chocolate, English tea of course, and fizz, reservations required.
