INTRODUCTION

"Isabel" was built by W.G. Bagnall in 1897 for the Cliffe Hill Mineral Railway. She received a new boiler in 2008 then was overhauled again in 2018 so she's now fully operational.

Located about 8 kilometres northeast of Stafford at Amerton in Stratfordshire, England, the Amerton Railway operates 2 foot gauge heritage quarry and industrial locomotives along its single mile of circular track.
